Monica Shu has over 15 years’ experience in real estate industry in China and Australia. Her diverse roles include a range of commercial and residential properties including shopping centres, medical centres, office & professional premises. A well rounded and comprehensive background in property has seen Monica retain clients on a long-term basis and more importantly, deliver a service to budget on new or existing projects.
Monica is highly skilled in identifying opportunities and market trends, as well as in negotiating, structuring, and closing deals. Her innovative and strategic approach has resulted in numerous successful transactions, both domestically and internationally.
As a Mandarin-speaking real estate agent, she works effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Monica is an avid traveller who enjoys travelling around Australia and internationally. Her favourite adventure was in Egypt when she toured the great pyramids and ventured through Niles and deserts.
